Chairs and Stools for People and Product Protection
Our ESD chairs and stools are ergonomically designed for maximum comfort and work efficiency.
At the same time RCMH chairs are controlling the generation of static electricity because
components are integrated into one complete circuit which allows static electricity to be
discharged through a cable in the base of the ESD chair or stool where it contacts to a
grounded surface.
While working the discharge circuit, the fabric on our chairs and stools also has special
ESD treatment for added safety and peace of mind for workers. In addition, fabrics are
Scotchguarded and durable. Of course, our ergonomic chairs and stools adjust pneumatically
and a telescoping dustcover conceals the lift. You and your workers can have comfortable
confidence in static control chairs and stools.
ESD Smocks for Personal protection
Electrostatic Dissipation is important throughout warehouse operation - from the floor to shop equipment,
tech benches and to the smocks and wearing apparel of warehouse workers. Our ESD products protect employees
from head to toe! RCMH protective wear Smocks are made with materials that provide the best static control
protection, performance and durability. ESD Smocks come in jacket length or coat length to suit
the demands of the task. All our smocks are light weight and medium weight while providing maximum protection.
(We don’t carry regular smocks.)
Personal Grounding Wrist Bands
One of the most important personal ESD products for static control for warehouse workers is a
properly grounded Wrist Band. This small addition to personal equipment prevents static electricity
from building up and giving workers that uncomfortable, quick “zap” of a discharged spark. With our
RCMH Wrist Band any ESD build up is dissipated by the quality materials in the Wrist Band. We've
not only created safety but also designed ergonomic comfort into our Wrist Bands with stretch
bands that are adjustable to individual sizes and preferences.
Leg and Shoe Grounders
Our ESD Leg and Shoe Grounders take ESD product protection to new levels. Our static control Sole Grounders
provide greater surface protection than conventional leg and shoe grounders and, therefore, offer ESD
environment workers more consistent and effective protection. Our Sole Grounders are available
with both a shoe insert or a calf strap and both are protected by one megohm resistor. Along with our advanced
Sole Grounders RCMH offers heel grounders and disposable grounder products.
Work Stations and ESD Tech Benches
Whether designed for ESD environments or regular use, our Tech Bench options include adjustable shelves and drawers,
electrical strips, hydraulic height adjustments, air distribution and other features.

Plastic Parts Bins and Non-Conductive Bins
Small parts storage is organized, cleaner and more readily accessible with the use of plastic bins.
Bin and rail systems simplify parts location and condense storage into a smaller footprint.
Electronic components and parts, assemblies and loaded circuit boards are particularly sensitive
to static electricity. RCMH offers Non-Conductive Bins that protect these valuable electronic parts
from the typical electromagnetic interference. Our Non-Conductive Bins are molded with carbon filled
copolymer polypropylene, the ideal material to protect your electronic components. RCMH
plastic bins come in a variety of shapes and sizes that accommodate your needs. And unlike some Non-Conductive
Bins, ours are easy to maintain and clean. They are permanently conductive and their properties are
unaffected by the use of normal cleansers.
